Facilitators

SIDDHO MARCHESI

Siddho encountered Osho and meditation in 1978. With a degree in psychological-social sciences, she integrates meditation with her cognitive expertise and has been working with people for many years, leading workshops and training programs.

She is highly skilled in various disciplines, including Ericksonian Hypnosis, Star Sapphire Energywork, Family and Relational Constellations, Women’s Work, Trauma Work, and NARM (Neuro Affective Relationship Model). She works both in Italy and internationally.

Siddho has a unique ability to touch the hearts of those who meet her. In 2007, she founded the Osho Tao Essence Institute in Milan.

ANURAG GAETA

Anurag leads growth-oriented groups that focus on creativity, work, and professional development. For many years, he has been a co-leader with Siddho in Family Constellations Training, Coaching for Life, and other workshops.

In the field of management, he integrates meditation and a systemic approach to enhance interpersonal relationships and foster social creativity. Combining Taoist principles with systemic work, he developed the Five Elements Constellations, a method designed to restore balance and functionality in the psycho-physical system.

In 2003, he founded No-Effort Management, and in 2007, he co-founded the Osho Tao Essence Institute.
