Contents of training

This training accompanies a further movement: from our family roots and personal history toward the way we take our place in life and take part in the world. It completes the cycle that includes the first two paths: the Osho Basic Training in Family Constellations and the Osho Training on Attachment Patterns and Trauma Constellations.

After exploring the family system in the first year, and attachment strategies, childhood wounds and learned ways of relating to others in the second, the third year turns its attention to money, career and creativity.

Our relationship with money does not arise only from our ideas or our present economic conditions. It can be shaped by family stories, belonging, identifications and deep loyalties that influence how we earn, receive, keep and succeed.

Our profession, too, is about much more than what we know how to do. It touches on the possibility of being visible, taking responsibility, recognizing our own worth, receiving payment, guiding others and fully occupying our place.

Here, familiar family dynamics can resurface, such as the need for approval, the relationship with authority, or the difficulty of welcoming success and staying in touch with our own worth.

Creativity, in turn, is not only about art, but about the capacity to generate something that did not exist before: a project, a profession, a business, a choice, a new way of living or of relating to what we do, a way of expressing our natural talents.

When much of our energy remains bound to the past, both systemic and individual, it can become harder to make it available for what wants to take shape in the present.

The systemic approach allows us to observe these dynamics from a broader perspective, distinguishing what belongs to our present life from what we unconsciously continue to carry out of love and belonging.

This third year of training therefore leads us not only to understand what has shaped us, but to make our energy more available for what wants to be born and expressed through us.

Finally, it will be an important space for practicing Family Constellations, where participants can deepen what they have learned throughout the whole path, both by working on their own themes and by practicing facilitation in supervised groups.

Why Participate

This training does not simply add a new theme to the previous two: it brings the path toward concrete life, work, money and the capacity to create. Its particularity lies in the interweaving of personal work, systemic reading, and the practice and facilitation of Family Constellations. Participants will be able to observe how their roots and relational history continue to act in their relationship with value, visibility, success, receiving, and taking their rightful place in the world.

Approach and Methodology

The methodology integrates personal work, meditation, the systemic perspective, and the practice of Family Constellations. Observing, representing one's own themes, taking part in others' constellations and facilitating are all parts of the same process of learning and awareness. The practice is not separate from personal experience: what emerges in individual work also becomes an opportunity to refine one's view of the system, one's presence in the field, and the quality of facilitation.

Who It Is For

The training is for those who have attended the first two years of the cycle, the Osho Basic Training in Family Constellations and the Training on Attachment Patterns and Trauma Constellations, and wish to complete the three-year path by deepening both personal work and the practice of Family Constellations. It is also open to those who have already completed the full path in previous editions, as this training is a further deepening.

Atmosphere of the Course

The entire training takes place in an atmosphere of great welcome and sensitivity, where everyone can feel free to be themselves, explore what emerges without judgment, and take ever greater awareness of responsibility for their own experience. It is a space supported by loving-kindness, respect and freedom, where personal work can become deep without losing lightness, humanity and joy.

Having completed the first two years of the training cycle, the Osho Basic Training in Family Constellations and the Training on Attachment Patterns and Trauma Constellations, or having already completed the full path in previous editions, as this training is a further deepening.

Venue

Osho Miasto Institute

It is an institute for meditation and spiritual growth, immersed in lush nature and the beautiful stillness of the Sienese countryside, which for nearly forty years has gently surrounded and supported the life and activities of the commune.

Osho Miasto offers a protected space to experience a wide range of personal growth practices through meditation, artistic expression, and body-based work.

Our Facilitator

Siddho Marchesi

Siddho encountered Osho and meditation in 1978. After graduating in psychological and social sciences, she integrated her cognitive background with meditation and has been working with people for many years, leading workshops and training programs.

She is experienced in several disciplines, including Ericksonian Hypnosis, Star Sapphire Energywork, Family and Relational Constellations, women-only work, and NARM (Neuro Affective Relationship Model). She works in Italy and internationally. She touches the hearts of the people she meets.

In 2007, she founded the Osho Tao Essence Institute in Milan.

Arpita Swich

The encounter with meditation revolutionized her life, both personally—leading her to live in Sweden—and professionally, opening the path to working with people. In Sweden, she founded both an Institute for Family Constellations—which for many years focused on spreading constellation work through professional trainings and workshops—and Richterskolan, a training school dedicated to bringing personal growth work and meditation into the field of design.

She works with individuals, couples, and groups, integrating knowledge and experience from the various fields in which she has trained. Specialized in Star Sapphire Energywork, Family and Organizational Constellations, Essence Work, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology), Arpita continues to deepen her interest in the human being and human evolution.

Anurag Gaeta

Anurag leads personal growth groups that place creativity, work, and professional life at the center. For many years, he has been co-leading Family Constellations Trainings, Coaching for Life, and other workshops together with Siddho.

In the field of management, he applies meditation and the systemic approach to improve relationships between individuals and to foster social creativity. By integrating Taoist principles with systemic thinking, he created the Five Elements Constellations, a method designed to restore balance and functionality within the psycho-physical system.

He founded No-Effort Management in 2003 and the Osho Tao Essence Institute in 2007.

It is only in the moments of deep creativity that the ego disappears, time disappears, space disappears. And it is only in the moments of total absorption in a creative act that one merges into the whole. It is ecstatic to be creative. What you create does not matter.
