In this workshop, we deeply explore the nature of the two energies that move within every human being, which are two existential polarities: male energy and female energy.
They are two energies with distinct characteristics and perceive the world differently; if we do not get to know each other and explore them, we can feel that we are always missing something. We perceive an inner conflict and a sense of unfulfillment in the various areas of our lives: work, relationships, and inner growth.
Knowing our inner polarities can help us clarify our basic needs and find ways to satisfy them.
This workshop aims to empower you to live a life rooted in real inner well-being and to trust in the right priorities without fear of losing love.
The true spark of love is created within us when our inner couple meets, respects each other, and chooses what is best moment by moment. This course awakens you to the perception of this spark.
This grounding space allows relationships with partners, colleagues, children and colleagues to improve, and old misunderstandings or repetitions of unhealthy behaviour can end.
Awareness is opened to a new kind of responsibility: the ability to respond, step by step, freshly and consciously to oneself and the other. You discover a new way of loving yourself and the other beyond the cages of old conditioning, memories, and repetitive behaviour. Increasing your presence in yourself and the ability to choose from your centre stimulates and strengthens creativity in your daily life.
Exploration occurs through body awareness exercises, the gestalt of the two polarities, guided meditations, breathing exercises and regressions into past lives.
We learn to recognise the connections between the various energy centres and their function in practical life. Meditation, love, joy and presence are the ingredients of this workshop.
This workshop also introduces the Mastering Presence training, which will be held at Osho Miasto in 2026.

What you experience
Inner Male and Feminine
Two energies flow within us, one male and one female.
These energies have different needs, different visions of life from each other. They are two parts that, on the one hand, interact with each other, on the other hand, they also have their own individuality.
One part could be introverted, solitude-loving, shy, studious... and the other part could be more extroverted, relationship-loving, active, organiser...
One side could be creative, artistic; the other afraid for survival, longing for security and a steady job.
Daily meditations
The days are marked by Osho's three active meditations, Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation and the Evening Meeting. In addition, guided meditations, gestalt exercises, breathing and Taoist techniques led by Anurag.
Our facilitator
Anurag Gaeta
He leads growth groups that focus on creativity, work and profession.
In the field of management, he uses meditation and the systems approach for the improvement of relationships between individuals and the development of social creativity.
