The obstacle to successful relationships
In the two modules of the Advanced Training II, we study and deeply understand, from a systemic point of view, the dynamics of projections, both in affective relationships and in work relationships.
We learn to explore and provide systemic responses to a client's discomfort through the use of Individual Systemic Constellations and Gestalt techniques.
Participants take turns practicing as both facilitators and clients.
Projections are the strongest impediment to the success of any type of relationship. Psychology defines them as removed and unpleasant contents of our psyche. Usually, we see them reflected in others, strongly judging them for that content, behavior, or manifested attitude. We do not imagine that such judgment is something we must deal with within ourselves.
Osho helps us delve into the definition and functioning of projections.
The mind itself is a projector: it projects memories and desires. The mind is always in the past or the future and does not allow us access to the truth of things.
In this training, we work on both levels: that of removed contents, with particular reference to systemic transgenerational ones and those of the projective mind.
A method to bring to light conditioning, others' feelings, and trauma memories is the method of individual systemic constellations, which brings to our awareness which unresolved knots are still unconsciously manipulating us.
The difference compared to Systemic Constellations conducted in a group using representatives is a greater interaction of the client with the systemic field. The facilitator accompanies them step by step to understand the systemic reasons for their existential discomfort: anger, aggressiveness, victimistic or persecutory attitudes.
Individual Constellations can also reveal old unresolved traumas that lead us to interpret a certain situation as dangerous when it is not. In human relationships, one often feels threatened by words, phrases, or behaviors, without the other having bad intentions towards us. The altered perception of what is happening originates, precisely, from a trauma that individual work can bring out.

Reclaiming the projection through Individual Constellations
The individual systemic approach is a useful tool to exit dysfunctional relationship dynamics.
The training teaches, in an individual meeting context, the steps to bring out of projection and how to support new understandings.
A methodology with its appropriate language is transmitted and taught. Emphasis is placed on the correct approach with the client, taking into account their state of presence.
The participant is helped to develop sensitivity and presence. Much time is dedicated to practice to learn how to connect with the energy field and how to help the client themselves connect with the systemic field. Regarding the client, we learn to place ourselves in the role of the helper, in a space of presence and non-directiveness.

This Advanced Training is aimed at all those who have previously participated in the Osho Basic Family Constellation Training and the Advanced Training 2 "Attachment Models and Trauma Constellations," both in the latest editions held at Osho Miasto and in previous editions held in other locations.

Anurag Gaeta
Anurag leads growth groups that place creativity, work, and profession at the center. For several years, he has been co-leading with Siddho in the Family Constellation Trainings and Coaching for Life, as well as other workshops.
In the field of management, he uses meditation and the systemic approach to improve relationships between individuals and to develop social creativity.
By combining Taoist and systemic principles, he created the Five Elements Constellations, a method to restore balance and functionality in the psycho-physical system.
He founded no-effort management in 2003 and the Osho Tao Essence Institute in 2007.
Siddho Marchesi
Siddho encountered Osho and meditation in 1978.
After graduating in psycho-social sciences, she integrated her cognitive experience with meditation and has been working with people for many years, leading workshops and trainings.
She is an expert in various disciplines, including Ericksonian Hypnosis, Star Sapphire Energywork, Family and Relational Constellations, Women’s Work, Trauma Work, and NARM (Neuro Affective Relationship Model).
She works in Italy and abroad.
She touches the hearts of those who meet her.
She founded the Osho Tao Essence Institute in Milan in 2007.
Arpita Swich
The encounter with meditation revolutionized her life, both privately—leading her to live in Sweden—and professionally, opening the way to working with people.
In Sweden, she founded both an Institute for Family Constellations—which for years was dedicated to spreading constellation work through professional trainings and workshops—and Richterskolan, a training school aimed at bringing personal growth work and meditation into the field of design.
She works with individuals, couples, and groups, using the knowledge and experience acquired in the various fields in which she trained.
Specialized in Star Sapphire Energywork, Family and Organizational Constellations, Essence Work, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology), Arpita continues to deepen her interest in the human being and their evolution.

Basic Training

Advanced Training I
During the training, we will understand which strategies each of us developed in the early years of life with the figure who took care of our survival.
In order to secure attention and love from that figure, we developed a certain personality. This personality distanced us from our spontaneity, even though in childhood these strategies allowed us to survive.
Advanced Training II
In the two modules of Advanced Training II, we study and deeply understand, from a systemic point of view, the dynamics of projections—both in emotional relationships and in work relationships.
We learn to explore and provide systemic responses to a client’s discomfort through the use of Individual Systemic Constellations and Gestalt techniques.
Participants take turns practicing both as facilitators and as clients.
Advanced Training III
A further step to overcome inner division is to get to know our inner masculine and feminine polarities.
This training allows you to connect with them, to discover limiting conditionings, and to allow yourself to express them.
Only when you express your whole self can you be ecstatic.
Ecstasy means Presence—it means being in harmony with who you are and with Existence, which has wanted you exactly as you are.

This happens when we are not fully aware of our expectations, desires, and judgments, and instead of taking responsibility for them and recognizing them as our own, we attribute them to others.
A projection can be diabolical or divine, disturbing or comforting; nevertheless, it remains a projection—a cloud that prevents us from seeing reality as it is.
The only way out is to recognize the game. When you notice a judgment arising in you toward another person, turn it around: Is what you see truly about the other? Is your vision clear, or is it clouded by what you want to see?”
